Help

This site allows you to access an index of defendants in criminal cases in the Los Angeles Superior Court via our secure web server. Click here for more information on our privacy and security policy;

Each search incurs a public access fee to reimburse the Court for the costs of providing the public access to its electronic records. You will be charged on a sliding scale according to the number of searches you have submitted per the following Fee Schedule1 . The system will maintain a running count of the number of searches you have submitted for the current month. The counter will be reset at the beginning of each month.

The online Index contains felony cases records from 1980 to the present and misdemeanor case records from 1988 to present. Some misdemeanor index information goes back to 1983, but this data retrieval date varies based on when the former Municipal Court locations automated their criminal records.
