The official language used for the content of the Los Angeles Superior Court public website is English. Court Reservation System

  • A new Personal Injury (PI) Courtroom, Department 98, has been added at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse. Department 98's beginning inventory consists of cases pulled from the other PI courtrooms (Departments 91, 92, 93 & 97). Therefore, prior to making a reservation in CRS for a case assigned to a PI courtroom, please verify the current courtroom assignment of your case by going to "Case Summary" under "Online Services; Civil" and looking at the "Future Hearings" section.
  • Department F43 at the Chatsworth Courthouse and Department SEY at the Norwalk Courthouse now use CRS (these two departments comprise the "Collections Hub," where all limited jurisdiction collections cases in the county are filed). For these two courtrooms, the process to reserve a date for law and motion hearings calendared through December 31, 2015, remains unchanged. Parties are to use CRS only for those motions scheduled on or after January 4, 2016.
The Court Reservation System (CRS) is currently available in the following courtrooms:
  • Burbank, Unlimited Civil Courtrooms, Departments A and B
  • Chatsworth, Unlimited Civil Courtroom, Departments F43,F47 and F49
  • Compton Courthouse: Department B
  • Glendale, Unlimited Civil Courtrooms, Department D and E
  • Governor George Deukmejian Courthouse: Department S26 and S27
  • Michael Antonovich Antelope Valley Courthouse, Unlimited Civil Courtrooms, Departments A10 and A11
  • Norwalk, Unlimited Civil Courtroom, Department C and Y
  • Pomona Courthouse, Departments J and O
  • Santa Monica Courthouse, Unlimited Civil Courtrooms, Departments K, M, N, O, and P
  • Stanley Mosk Courthouse, Departments 12, 15, 19, 28, 31, 34, 38, 49, 50, 51, 53, 56, 72, 73, 77, 78, 91, 92, 93, 97, 98
  • Torrance Courthouse: Departments B and M
  • Van Nuys, Unlimited Civil Courtrooms, Departments A, Q, and T
Accordingly, parties with a case assigned to one of the courtrooms listed are directed to reserve hearing dates for motions in these courtrooms using CRS.

Parties will be charged the applicable motion filing fee and/or first paper fee at the time the reservation is made. Once the motion hearing date is reserved, the fees are non-refundable. No additional fees are charged to use CRS.

Parties with cases assigned to other courtrooms should continue to follow existing procedures of the respective courtrooms. To make a reservation for a case online:
  • Enter your case number
  • Select the courthouse/department where your case is assigned
  • Select the reservation type
  • Select an available date/time
  • Enter your contact information
  • Pay the applicable motion filing fee. No additional fees are charged to use CRS. Once the motion hearing is reserved, the fee is non-refundable.
