The official language used for the content of the Los Angeles Superior Court public website is English. Welcome to the Court Document Order Web Site
The Los Angeles Superior Court, in accordance with California Government Code sections 68150 (a) (f) (g), is providing certified copies of records maintained electronically by the Court through this site.
The Court Document Order site allows the public to order documents without having to visit the Archives and Records Center (ARC). Currently, only Family Law Divorce Judgments that have been imaged are available to order through this site. Additional document types will be made available in the future. If your judgment is not available on-line, and if you are requesting a case that was filed after 2004, please contact the originating court where the case was filed to confirm the case location. Certified copies requested through this site may be electronically certified. If you are in need of an exemplified copy of a record you can visit or mail in a request to the Archives and Records Center.
You must have a case number to order through this site.
You must pay all required fees using a valid Visa, MasterCard or Discover card issued to a United States billing address. If your card does not meet this requirement, you may request copies of a divorce judgment in writing, click here.
You will be charged a fee per the Fee Schedule displayed below. In addition, postage and handling fees will apply to your order. Click here to view the postage rates.

It is your responsibility to check the status of your order by clicking on the "View Order Status" link on the right top portion. The Court will process your order within 3 business days. Please allow additional days for delivery via U.S. Mail. If your order is rejected, the Court will indicate a rejected status via the "View Order Status" link.
