Angeles Courthouse Traffic and
Non-Traffic
Infraction Case Reassignment

New Filings:
Effective
June 3, 2013, all new traffic and non-traffic infraction citations/cases previously
filed at the West Los Angeles Courthouse of the Superior Court of the State of
California, County of Los Angeles, must be filed at the Beverly Hills
Courthouse, 9355 Burton Way, Beverly Hills, CA 90210.
Transfer of Pending Cases:
Effective
June 3, 2013, all pending traffic and non-traffic infraction cases/citations at the
West Los Angeles Courthouse will be transferred to the Beverly Hills
Courthouse.
Dates previously set on these pending matters will
remain the same, only the location of the hearings and/or trials will change.
As
of June 3, 2013, the West Los Angeles Courthouse will no longer handle any traffic or
non-traffic infraction citations/cases.
