DISABLED VETERANS BUSINESS ENTERPRISES (DVBE)

The State of California acknowledges the service and sacrifice of its disabled veterans, in part, through the DVBE Participation Program. As such, and as required by law, LA Superior Court has implemented a DVBE Program and appointed a DVBE Advocate to assist with questions or concerns. Prospective bidders or proposers are responsible for understanding the DVBE requirements included in any Court solicitation and are advised to thoroughly review individual RFQs, RFPs, and IFBs to determine if an incentive is being offered for each individual solicitation.
