Title Information
Bail Schedule for Infractions and Misdemeanors The Bail Schedule for Infractions and Misdemeanors is approved each year by the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles Superior Court. For infractions, the Bail Schedule shows the fixed bail amount that is imposed for each offense. For misdemeanor violations, the Bail Schedule sets the amount required for a person who is arrested without a warrant to be released from custody prior to appearing in court.
Traffic Fee Table California law requires a number of fees and assessments to be added to fines and bails for infractions and misdemeanor violations. These additional fees results in a total fine that is much greater than the fine imposed by a judge or listed in the Bail Schedule for Infractions and Misdemeanors.
